The little book of Hindu deities

Selamat malam. I am Tristen and i will give a book review on the Book of Hindu Deities. This book provides beautiful cartoon drawings of the Hindu Gods( no offence from the author, he a Hindu too). One of the gods is Brahma. A single day in his life lasts more than four million years. Hindus believe that he is the creator of the world and all the living things upon it. It is rumored that that he created a goddess, Sarasvati, when he was making the universe. Sarasvati was uncomfortable with Brahma's adoring eyes and tried to hide from his gaze. But each way she turned, Brahma sprouted a head so that he could always watch her.Beside having four heads, Brahma also has four arms busily grooming his beard. Sometimes he rides a magical goose or white swan endowed with the ability to differentiate good from evil. He also carries a carafe of water with him at all times. The water is not only for quenching his thirst,it is also the source of life. Together with descriptions and drawings of other gods and goddesses, this book provides a enjoyable read, together with insights on the Hindu Religion.

Tristen~
